Disappointing experience
I'm genuinely frustrated with how often the website crashes during high traffic times. I wanted to watch live updates of the matches but ended up refreshing the page for ages. Not what I expected from such a major league.

Things could be better
I have mixed feelings about the Premier League site. It has a lot of content, but sometimes it lacks the depth I want, especially for analyses. The links to features can be confusing, and I found myself lost a few times.

Okay but lagging issues
It’s an okay site, I just wish it wouldn’t lag so much. I miss updates during the live matches.

Decent But Room for Improvement
Good content but I had some issues streaming a game last week. It kept buffering, which ruined my experience. Otherwise, the coverage is solid.

Always a great experience!
As a die-hard football fan, I can’t get enough of the Premier League. The website is super user-friendly, and I love how easy it is to find scores, stats, and highlight videos. You can sense the excitement from the live updates. Keep up the amazing work!

Not great lately

Could be better
The match coverage on the site is decent, but I find the updates a bit slow. I missed some crucial moments because the live commentary was lagging behind. Not bad, but not great either.

Average experience

Frustration with Match Tickets
Tried getting tickets for the big match, but the site crashed. Many of us missed out because of it. No updates or apologies from support. Wish they’d fix this ASAP.
