Not my cup of tea
I really wanted to love the Premier League site, but it's just average for me. I expected more from the coverage, especially since it’s such a big league. Just okay, could use improvement.

Disappointing App Experience
Been using the Premier League app but it's full of bugs. Half the time, live scores don’t update and I miss key goals. Customer support is slow, too. Really frustrating as a fan.

Needs better features
I love checking out the fixtures and player stats, but the search function is very slow. I often can’t find what I’m looking for quickly. It's just a bit frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I'm genuinely frustrated with how often the website crashes during high traffic times. I wanted to watch live updates of the matches but ended up refreshing the page for ages. Not what I expected from such a major league.

Not great lately

Frustration with Match Tickets
Tried getting tickets for the big match, but the site crashed. Many of us missed out because of it. No updates or apologies from support. Wish they’d fix this ASAP.
