I got a pair of sunglasses, and while they look great, the lenses started scratching way too easily. I thought designer brands had better durability. Honestly expected more for the price I paid.

For the price, I expected way better. The jacket I got had loose threads, and the fabric feels cheaper than I thought. I've had good stuff from them, but this time I was disappointed.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with my last order. First, the item was delayed because of some internal issue on their side. Then when it finally arrived, it was not as described. The return process was a nightmare, took ages to sort out with customer service.

I purchased a handbag that I thought was going to be perfect for work. Unfortunately, its shape changed right after a few uses, and it started to look worn out. For the amount spent, I expected it to hold up much better. I reached out to support, but they were not overly helpful in resolving my concerns.

I’m really unhappy after buying a pair of boots. They were supposed to be delivered last week, but there's been no update from shipping and customer support is just not responding. Feeling cheated out of my money right now.

The shoes I bought feel way too tight and not comfortable at all. I usually wear size 10, but these felt like a size 9. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.
