Horrible customer service

I ordered a bag that got lost in shipping. When I tried to reach customer service, it took them days to respond, and I felt totally ignored. I expected more urgency, especially for such pricey items.

Not worth the hype

I had an awful experience trying to buy a jacket. The size guide was misleading and the jacket was way too small. When I returned it, their process was confusing and took forever. Disappointing for such a big name.
