Good platform overall
I enjoy the low fees and decent speeds. Staking is quite straightforward and rewards come quickly. My only issue was some minor bugs in the app, which I've reported.

Good service, minor issues

Best layer 2 out there!

Solid platform, but room for improvement
I like using Polygon, their layer 2 solution works well. However, I did run into some customer support issues once. They took a while to respond, but eventually got it solved.

Solid experience

A Game Changer!

Not bad, but has flaws
I’ve been using it for a few months now, and mostly it works. But lately, I noticed some delays in confirmations. Support took longer to respond than I would have liked.

Frustrating service
I had an order for several tokens and it took forever. Their chat support was not helpful, felt ignored. Really disappointing experience overall.

Disappointing Experience
I really wanted to like Polygon, but my experience has been quite frustrating. I tried to withdraw some funds, and it took forever. I even had to contact support, and honestly, they didn't help much. The fees seem high compared to other platforms, and I’m not sure if it’s worth my time.

Disappointing but could improve
I faced a lot of issues getting through KYC, and when my transaction got stuck, support was slow to help. I actually lost some opportunities because of it. It could be better, but maybe they’ll improve in time.

Too many problems
I tried to send some ETH and the transaction failed multiple times. Every time I reached out, I felt like I was talking to a wall. I ended up switching to another service because of this.

Solid Performance!
Been using Polygon for my DeFi trades and it's been great. The transaction speeds are super fast. Just wish the fees were a bit lower for smaller transactions!

Frustrating Withdrawals
I wasn't happy with Polygon at all. I ran into issues trying to stake my tokens and the verification process took longer than expected. Every time I tried to chat with support, it felt like they were just pushing me aside. Definitely looking for alternatives.

Highly Recommend!
