Really frustrating service
The app freezes too often and the support tickets take forever to get answered. I’ve lost potential gains because transactions don’t go through. This is not an ideal platform for crypto trading.

My experience with Polygon was okay but not great. Transactions were fast enough but when I needed help, it was hard to get assistance.

Disappointing Experience
I really wanted to like Polygon, but my experience has been quite frustrating. I tried to withdraw some funds, and it took forever. I even had to contact support, and honestly, they didn't help much. The fees seem high compared to other platforms, and I’m not sure if it’s worth my time.

Disappointing but could improve
I faced a lot of issues getting through KYC, and when my transaction got stuck, support was slow to help. I actually lost some opportunities because of it. It could be better, but maybe they’ll improve in time.

Too many problems
I tried to send some ETH and the transaction failed multiple times. Every time I reached out, I felt like I was talking to a wall. I ended up switching to another service because of this.

Frustrating Withdrawals
I wasn't happy with Polygon at all. I ran into issues trying to stake my tokens and the verification process took longer than expected. Every time I tried to chat with support, it felt like they were just pushing me aside. Definitely looking for alternatives.
