Ordered a tripod and it took longer than expected to arrive. The tracking updates were confusing too. Still, the tripod works well so that’s a plus. Just wish the whole process was smoother.

Decent but some issues
I got a discount on my camera, which was cool, but then it had a minor issue with the battery. Took a few emails to sort it out, but they eventually sent a replacement. Happy it got resolved, but not thrilled about the hassle.
