Could use improvements

Phantom has potential but falls short on a few things. Their fees can get pretty high and the app tends to lag when handling heavier transactions. While I like the interface, I’ve had a few instances where my funds didn’t show up for a while. Could definitely be better, but I’m still using it.

Disappointed with Phantom

I tried using Phantom for some transactions and honestly, it was a letdown. The wallet kept crashing on me, and the customer support took forever to respond. Won't be using this again.

Not impressed, kinda let down

Honestly, I had high hopes for Phantom. But I faced issues with transaction fees that were unexpectedly high. Plus, the security features don’t seem super strong. Not what I was looking for.

Needs better support

Phantom feels nice when it works, but support is slow to respond which really hampers my experience. I had an issue with my KYC verification taking too long. It’s frustrating when you're trying to engage in the fast-paced crypto world and they can’t even keep up.

Lacking reliability

I wanted to love Phantom since it looks great and has potential. However, I've faced multiple issues with their wallet not syncing properly. Last week, I attempted a withdrawal, and it took way too long with multiple failures. Support was not quick to help just generic responses that didn’t resolve my issues. I expected much more given the hype.

So many bugs

I had a pretty rough time with the app crashing frequently during trades. It’s scary to think I might lose my money due to their bugs. I reached out to customer service, but they just gave me the same scripted responses. I'm giving them one more shot but not feeling hopeful.

Frustrating and slow

Honestly, my experience has been frustrating. Withdrawals took way too long, and support wasn’t helpful at all. I think I’ll be looking for alternatives.

Confusing Interface

Sticky transactions

I’ve been trying to move my funds out for a while now, but everything just feels stuck. I’m not sure where the problem lies my network or theirs but I’ve reached out multiple times and the responses are generic. Disappointed.

Disappointing experience
