Convenient and reliable
I always buy my dog food here. The reward program is nice and I save a little with each purchase. My only complaint is that sometimes items are out of stock, which can be frustrating.

Solid choice for pet needs
PetSmart has just about everything you need for pets. I love their grooming services too! Had a slight issue with my appointment time, but they fixed it right away. Overall, very satisfied.

Good selection but a bit pricey
They have a great variety of pet supplies, but some items felt overpriced. I did find my dog's favorite food here, which was awesome. Overall happy, but I wish the prices were a bit lower.

Good, But Crowded
Pretty solid experience overall. The only downside is how busy it gets on weekends. But the selection is worth it, just need to go at off-peak times.

Not too bad
The store was clean and organized, but I had trouble finding some specific toys for my cat. I asked a staff member for help but they didn’t have the best knowledge. Still managed to find a few good toys, though.
