Fantastic experience!
I adopted a puppy last month and the staff really helped with the process. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, the puppy came with a starter kit which was so thoughtful! Really a great place for pet lovers.

They have a great variety of pet supplies, but some items felt overpriced. I did find my dog's favorite food here, which was awesome. Overall happy, but I wish the prices were a bit lower.

Pretty solid experience overall. The only downside is how busy it gets on weekends. But the selection is worth it, just need to go at off-peak times.

Not too bad
The store was clean and organized, but I had trouble finding some specific toys for my cat. I asked a staff member for help but they didn’t have the best knowledge. Still managed to find a few good toys, though.

Amazing service!
I went in to buy a guinea pig and the staff was super helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Plus, their prices were way better than most places. Definitely coming back!
