Disappointing customer service
Honestly, I expected better. I had an issue with my account and it took ages to get a response. When I finally did, the help provided wasn’t very useful. I’m not impressed.

Disappointing experience
I thought I’d give Paddy Power a shot but was really let down. The site kept crashing when I was trying to place bets on the football matches. Lost some good opportunities because of their issues, won’t be using them again.

Frustrating experience
I had a couple of bets that got flagged for no clear reason. Tried contacting support but they were pretty unhelpful. I'm not planning to stick around after this.

Not quite what I hoped for

Not happy with the app
The mobile app crashes quite a bit. I have missed a few bets because of it. It's frustrating! I really expected more from such a big company.

Disappointment with many issues
I had an issue with a bet that didn’t process, and it took ages to resolve. Fees on withdrawals are kind of high too, not really happy with it.
