Disappointing customer service
Honestly, I expected better. I had an issue with my account and it took ages to get a response. When I finally did, the help provided wasn’t very useful. I’m not impressed.

Disappointing experience
I thought I’d give Paddy Power a shot but was really let down. The site kept crashing when I was trying to place bets on the football matches. Lost some good opportunities because of their issues, won’t be using them again.

It's just okay

Pretty solid betting site

Decent but could improve
Used Paddy Power a couple of times. Not bad overall, but the customer service is kinda slow. Had a question about my bet and it took forever to get a reply. If they could speed that up, it would help a lot.

Good for beginners
Paddy Power is a decent platform if you're new to betting. I found their interface easy to navigate and they have a nice selection of beginner bonuses. Just wish the odds were a little better.
