Mixed feelings
I ordered a jacket that I love, but it took forever to ship. The quality is great, though, so that saved the experience a bit. Still, I wish it was faster.

Not too bad but could be better
My last experience wasn't awful, but I feel like the website could be easier to navigate. Had trouble checking out and ended up frustrated. Delivery was quick though.

Decent but needs improvements
