I’ve had several issues with my membership. First, my card didn’t work at the door twice, which was embarrassing. Then, when I tried to get help from staff, they seemed disinterested. I finally just gave up and cancelled my membership. Honestly, just not a place I want to be.

I tried to cancel my membership and the staff made it so hard! I was on hold for ages and when I finally talked to someone, they weren’t helpful at all. Just really frustrated with how they treat customers.

I was really looking forward to Orangetheory. My first class was decent, but the second one was a letdown. Equipment was broken, and the instructor didn’t seem to care much. For the price, I just thought it would be a much better experience.

I attended several classes thinking it would get better, but it just didn’t. I had issues with the app crashing while scheduling and the workouts felt stale after a week. Trying to get any help from customer service was a hassle too.

I had a terrible experience with the support team. I reached out multiple times about my billing issue, and no one got back to me. It felt like they just didn't care. After a month of this, I decided to cancel my membership.

I was really excited to try Orangetheory, but when I got there, the class was so packed I barely had room to move. It felt like I was just another number. The trainers didn’t seem to notice who needed help and who didn’t, which was frustrating. I'm not sure I’ll go back.

From the lack of support to the endless fees, I’ve had nothing but a negative experience at Orangetheory. The workouts felt repetitive and uninspired, and the staff often seemed uninterested in helping members. I had issues getting a refund after cancelling; they just ignored my emails. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I can't recommend Orangetheory based on my experience. The atmosphere was so intense that it made me uncomfortable. I really wanted to love it but honestly, it wasn’t for me.
