Great workouts, one issue
I enjoy the workouts a lot, they really push you! But the music is way too loud during classes for me. I can’t hear the trainer sometimes. Other than that, it’s a great place to get fit.

I really wanted to love Orangetheory, but my first class was super chaotic. The instructor seemed rushed and I felt lost half the time. Paid for a membership, but I'm thinking about canceling if things don't improve.

The workouts can be motivating, but I've had a few trainers who just seemed disinterested. The vibe varies a lot. Some days are better than others, not what I expected.

I’ve had several issues with my membership. First, my card didn’t work at the door twice, which was embarrassing. Then, when I tried to get help from staff, they seemed disinterested. I finally just gave up and cancelled my membership. Honestly, just not a place I want to be.

I was charged twice in one month without any explanation. Customer service took forever to help me sort it out, felt so neglected.

Orangetheory has changed my fitness game. The energy in the classes is awesome and I've seen real results in just a couple of months. Totally recommend it!

Tried Orangetheory for a month, but it didn't live up to the hype for me. The trainers were nice but scheduling classes was a nightmare. Lost interest quickly and left feeling like I wasted my money.

I’ve been going for a few weeks. The energy is good, but sometimes the instructors seem rushed, and I don’t get the feedback I need. I guess I expected more from a premium fitness studio.

I’ve been to Orangetheory a few times and honestly, I’m disappointed. The workouts are too crowded and the trainers don’t pay enough attention to form. I expected more for the price.

I really enjoy the classes and the community, but it’s a bit expensive for me. Still, if you can swing the membership, it's worth it for the motivation.

The workouts are decent, but I think they overhype the experience. Some of the equipment seems outdated, and I’ve seen better value for my time and money elsewhere. I might not renew.

I tried to cancel my membership and the staff made it so hard! I was on hold for ages and when I finally talked to someone, they weren’t helpful at all. Just really frustrated with how they treat customers.
