Okay but could be better
I used Omio to book bus tickets and it worked fine, but there were some hidden fees I didn't expect. Overall okay, but I feel like I could've found less expensive options elsewhere.

Mixed feelings
The interface is nice but had trouble with customer service when I had to change a booking. They were slow to respond, which was annoying.
