Disappointing customer service
Had a problem with my booking and getting through to support was a nightmare. The app crashed during payment too, very frustrating.

Disappointed with late cancellations
I had a big issue with a bus that got canceled at the last minute. Customer service didn't help much and I felt lost. Not what I expected.
