Good food, slow shipping
My dog enjoys Ollie’s meals, but the shipping was slower than I thought. I've tried contacting support once, they were nice but it took a while.

Super happy with Ollie!

Alright but room for improvement
The Ollie food is decent, but my dog wasn’t as thrilled as I hoped. The packaging could be better, it’s a bit messy to handle. I think they need to enhance the overall buying experience.

Love the ingredient quality!

Okay, but not perfect

Disappointed with Customer Service
I had a bad experience with Ollie when my order was mixed up. I received someone else's package, and when I contacted support, it took forever to get a response. Really disappointing since I liked their food. If they fixed their support, I might consider trying again.
