I’ve had a few ups and downs with Ollie. The food quality is good, but sometimes it feels like their website is hard to navigate. I had an issue adding a new flavor and it took way too long to fix, which was frustrating. Here’s hoping the next order is smoother.

I had a bad experience with Ollie when my order was mixed up. I received someone else's package, and when I contacted support, it took forever to get a response. Really disappointing since I liked their food. If they fixed their support, I might consider trying again.

I really wanted to love Ollie since I've heard such good things about it. Unfortunately, my first order came with several items missing. The quality of the food is great, but customer service ended up not being helpful when I reached out for a resolution. It’s tough to recommend when things like this happen.
