Disappointed with Service

I had a terrible experience at the dealership. They were supposed to help me with my lease but just kept pushing me to buy instead. Felt really ignored, angry and frustrated.

Mediocre Car

Honestly, my experience has been whatever. The Altima drives fine but has no wow factor. The interior is decent but feels cheap for the price I paid. I'm not thrilled, but it gets me from point A to B.

Disappointing Quality

Really wanted to love my Nissan Leaf, but the battery life isn't what they promised. And customer service was a hassle when I reached out. Just feels like they don’t care after the sale.

Not Impressed

Mixed Feelings About My Altima

I bought a Nissan Altima last year. It's a decent car, but I've had some issues with the brakes that just seem off sometimes. Overpriced for what you get. Still drives fine, just not sure I’d recommend it.

Average experience overall

I recently leased a Nissan Murano, and it's been an average experience so far. The comfort is nice, but I did have a couple of hiccups with the navigation system. I expected it to work smoothly as advertised, but it hasn’t been the best.

Disappointed with my purchase

I thought I was making a good choice with my Nissan Pathfinder, but it hasn’t been great. The transmission feels sluggish sometimes, and fuel efficiency isn’t what I thought I'd get. I really wish I had looked into other options before signing the paperwork.

Great Value for Money

I recently purchased a Nissan Altima, and I’ve been super happy with it. The price was reasonable, and the fuel efficiency is even better than I expected. The infotainment system is user-friendly and works well. Overall, I think it’s a great deal for a mid-range sedan.

Awful Customer Service

My experience with Nissan has been nothing short of frustrating. After purchasing my Sentra, I’ve faced a barrage of problems, including a persistent check engine light. Deciding to contact customer support was a huge mistake; they were dismissive and unhelpful. This is the last Nissan I will ever buy.

It's fine, but nothing special

My Nissan Sentra drives well, but it feels pretty basic to me. There isn't much excitement in it, just a regular car. It does what it should, I guess.

Not impressed with service

My experience with Nissan’s customer service was pretty disappointing. When I needed help with my Altima’s brakes, the response was slow, and the issue took forever to get fixed. I had high hopes, but I feel let down by their lack of urgency.

Worst Experience Ever

I had a serious problem with my Nissan Rogue, the engine light kept coming on. Took it in three times and they couldn't find the issue. I'm done with Nissan, never again!

Avoid Nissan at All Costs

I bought a Nissan Frontier last year and immediately started having problems with the brakes. It’s ridiculous to think I’m having brake issues on a brand new truck. I’ve taken it back to the dealer multiple times, and each time they promise me it’s fixed, but it never is. If you want reliability, look elsewhere.
