Expected better functionality
I had issues streaming the game once, it kept buffering. It was super frustrating since I was really looking forward to watching live. Contacting support took longer than I hoped, which was disappointing.

Disappointing experience
I expected more from the NHL website. The streaming service is often lagging and buffering, especially during live games. I had to miss key moments because of it.

Always Reliable
NHL.com never disappoints me. The game schedules are always accurate, and I appreciate how they list all the events in one place. Whenever I need to buy merch or check stats, it’s there and ready to go. Very user-friendly experience overall.

Good, but could improve
I love the content on NHL.com, especially game highlights and player stats. But sometimes the site can lag during peak times, which can be frustrating when you just want to catch up on the latest news.
