Disappointing site performance
Honestly, I expected more from the NHL site. The streaming has been glitchy lately, and sometimes it just crashes. Not cool when the game is so close.

Frustrating service
I bought a jersey last month, and it took forever to arrive. Customer service didn't help much, either. I like the league but not the online experience.

Not impressed
The site is super slow lately. I had to refresh a couple of times just to get basic info. Very frustrating during a live game. Needs a serious revamp.

Needs improvement
It's hard to find specific game highlights. Sometimes links don’t work. I love NHL but this site could use a major redesign.

Disappointing experience
I expected more from the NHL website. The streaming service is often lagging and buffering, especially during live games. I had to miss key moments because of it.
