Could be Better
I had high hopes for Nexcess but I found their user interface a bit confusing. Everything works, but I expected more for the price. Not terrible, but not great either.

Decent Hosting with Minor Issues
I’ve been using Nexcess for a few months now. The setup was pretty smooth and the speed is decent. Just wish their support was a bit more responsive sometimes.

Terrible Service
I don’t even know where to start. Website crashes, terrible uptime, and when I tried to reach support, they took forever to reply. Definitely not worth it.

Okay service but not perfect
Nexcess is alright overall. The speed is good, but I’ve had some billing issues that took a while to resolve. It’s average, not bad but not great either.

Mixed Feelings

Great hosting but needs better support
I've been using Nexcess for about six months now. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the performance of my website. The speed is fantastic, and the uptime is solid. However, their customer support can be slow at times. I waited over an hour for a response once. If they can improve on that, I'd give them five stars.

It's okay, but not amazing
The hosting is alright, but I've experienced some downtime here and there. It was frustrating during peak hours when my visitors couldn't access the site. Plus, I expected better support to help me resolve these issues quickly. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.
