Awful experience, stay away!
I am very unhappy with Nexcess. Their support is non-existent and I’ve had nothing but problems since I signed up. Don’t waste your time or money.

Terrible hosting provider
I can't recommend Nexcess at all. My site has been down for days and even after multiple tickets, no help. It feels like I've thrown my money away.

Frustrating Experience

Nightmare service!
Nexcess has been a complete nightmare for me. I can't even get through to anyone on the phone when my site goes down. So frustrated and they don’t seem to care.

Extremely Dissatisfied
Nexcess has been a nightmare. I can’t keep my site running! Service is terrible and support doesn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible Service
I don’t even know where to start. Website crashes, terrible uptime, and when I tried to reach support, they took forever to reply. Definitely not worth it.
