Solid but could improve
I like Newegg for their selection, but there have been a couple of times when I've had to contact support for issues. They get back to you, but it's never super quick. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Good, but delivery was late
Overall, my experience was good. I ordered some PC parts that I needed to upgrade my setup. They arrived well-packaged and in decent time. Just a bit disappointed that the delivery was delayed by a couple of days.
