I used Newegg to buy a monitor. The price was good, but I had to contact customer service because the monitor had a dead pixel. They were helpful but it took them forever to respond, which was frustrating.

Could be better
I had high hopes for Newegg. The price on the graphics card was great, but the shipping was a mess. It got lost in transit and took over a week to arrive. Not super thrilled about that.
