Terrible Experience
I signed up for their internet plan and it was a nightmare. The speed was nowhere near what they promised, and I had to call customer service multiple times just to get an update. Totally disappointed.

I thought I’d try NetLy since a friend recommended them, but it's the worst mistake. Internet is always lagging and I can't even stream properly. So frustrating!

Not worth the price
The service is overpriced for what you're getting. Constant interruptions and no one seems to care. I’m looking for a new provider as soon as I can.

Regretting my decision
I signed up for their 100 Mbps package but I'm barely getting 20 Mbps. Called support multiple times with no fix. This is really unacceptable.

Very frustrating
It's hard to believe the glowing reviews online. I have had nothing but problems with slow speeds and dropped connections. I don’t recommend them.
