Terrible Experience

I signed up for their internet plan and it was a nightmare. The speed was nowhere near what they promised, and I had to call customer service multiple times just to get an update. Totally disappointed.

Terrible experience

I thought I’d try NetLy since a friend recommended them, but it's the worst mistake. Internet is always lagging and I can't even stream properly. So frustrating!

Not happy with my choice

I didn't expect much, but NetLy has really let me down. Slower speeds than promised and customer service is unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend.

Good service overall

I’ve been using NetLy for a few months now. The internet speed is pretty solid, I get around 200 Mbps which is good for me. But they had some issues with customer support during my initial setup, took longer than expected to resolve.

Solid Telecom Provider

Switched to NetLy after hearing good things. They didn’t disappoint! Service is dependable and the price is fair. The only downside is some occasional slowdowns during peak hours. Still, I’d recommend them!

Reliable but could improve

Not worth the price

Regretting my decision

I signed up for their 100 Mbps package but I'm barely getting 20 Mbps. Called support multiple times with no fix. This is really unacceptable.
