My experience with NetLab has been average. The speed is good most of the time, but they definitely need to improve their customer service. Took too long to get a response.

I like the internet speed but I've had some connection drops lately. It's frustrating when I'm in the middle of a work call. Not sure if I’d recommend it just yet.
