Good selection but slow shipping

Not what I expected

Could Use Improvement

Decent, but not great
The selection is nice but the sizing is off. I ordered a size small and it felt more like a medium. Shipping was fine, but I expected better quality for the price I paid.

Decent, but sizing is tricky
I ordered a couple of items and the look is great, but the sizing was a bit off. The pants were tighter than expected and I had to exchange them. The process was simple, but still annoying since I was super excited about them. Also hoping they add more size options in the future.

Not what I was expecting
I was really excited to receive my new dress but when it came, the fabric felt way cheaper than described. Plus, the fit was off. I returned it and now I'm waiting for my refund. It's frustrating since I thought Nasty Gal had better standards.

Disappointing Experience

Solid experience overall

Needs Work

Fashionable but sizing issues
I love the look of Nasty Gal’s clothing, but, yikes, the sizing can be inconsistent. I ordered two dresses, and one fit perfectly while the other was way too small. I’ll keep trying, but I hope they can fix this issue because their styles are really cute.

Disappointed with the service
I ordered a jacket that arrived with a tear. I contacted customer support and it took ages to get a response. That’s really unacceptable for a fashion retailer. I expected better quality control from Nasty Gal.
