Never Again
Ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived damaged. Customer service was slow to respond, and it took forever to process my return. Totally dissatisfied.

Disappointed!
I ordered a dress for my birthday but it arrived damaged. Customer service took forever to respond and when they finally did, they just offered me a refund. I was really looking forward to wearing it, but now I’m stuck without anything for my party.
