Exceptional quality and style!
I recently bought a cashmere sweater from Mytheresa, and I’m in love with it! The texture is so soft and it fits perfectly. Customer service was helpful when I sized up my order. However, I wish they had more sizing options available.

Pleasantly surprised with the service

Great selection but delivery took a while
I love the variety of designer clothes Mytheresa offers. I found the perfect dress for my friend's wedding! However, the delivery took longer than expected. It arrived about a week late.

Wonderful shopping site!
Really impressed with the selection. Got my Burberry coat, and it's gorgeous! I had a small issue with one of my items and the customer service was super helpful. It would be great if they could speed up the returns process a bit, but I'll definitely keep shopping here.

Great variety of luxury brands

Wish for better customer support
The clothes are chic but my order had a missing item. Getting help took some time, which was frustrating. Nice stuff but the service needs improvement.
