Good, but could be better
I shopped for a pair of shoes. The delivery took longer than expected, about a week. The shoes were great but the wait kind of ruined the excitement.

Decent experience overall

Decent selection but slow delivery
I ordered a dress from Mytheresa and it took way longer than expected to arrive. The item selection is nice, but the delivery really needs to improve.

A bit hit or miss

Wish for better customer support
