I really wanted to like Mixpanel, but it’s been more hassle than it’s worth. The analytics are sometimes inaccurate, and it feels like I'm not getting the insights I need. Had issues with exporting data and it took ages to sort things out.

Really happy with Mixpanel! Great support from their team and the insights are incredibly detailed. We've seen a positive impact on our user engagement since we started using it. Definitely recommend it!

I found Mixpanel pretty decent for tracking user interactions. There are some great analytics features, but sometimes it gets overwhelming and feels clunky. Need a bit more polishing, I guess.

I like some features of Mixpanel, but honestly, the pricing feels a bit steep for what you get. It does the job, but I expected a smoother experience. Not sure if I'll stick around for the long haul.

I had high hopes for Mixpanel, but honestly, it feels clunky. The user interface isn't very intuitive, and I've had a lot of trouble setting custom events. Their tutorials seem outdated too. It can get frustrating trying to find help when stuff goes wrong.

I've been using Mixpanel for a few months now, and while it does the job to some extent, I often run into issues with data visualization. Sometimes, the analytics dashboard just freezes up, which is really annoying when I'm trying to present something to the team. Customer support took days to reply, and I was left in the dark for way too long. I expected better performance given the price.

I had an issue with billing, and it took forever to get a response from customer service. I just wanted my money back and they wouldn’t budge. Complete waste of my time.

I’ve been using Mixpanel for a few months now, and overall, it's pretty solid. The real-time analytics and user tracking features are fantastic! Just wish there were more templates available to speed up the initial setup.
