Mixpanel has some nice features, but I found the interface a bit confusing. I had a hard time getting the hang of the funnels feature, and the customer support was slow to respond. Mixed feelings.

I’ve been using Mixpanel for about three months. At first, it seemed like a great fit for tracking user behavior, but honestly, I’ve faced a lot of bugs. The data export feature frequently fails, and it feels like I’m sending feedback into a void. I reached out for help more than a few times and only got generic responses. I expected more from a company like this.

The data syncing was a nightmare. Had to contact support multiple times, but they were unhelpful. Just too many issues for a tool that’s supposed to save time.
