Not great, not terrible

I love their products but had a hard time with my last order. It was missing a couple of things, but they fixed it after a few emails.

Tough Experience

I was disappointed with my recent order. The paint I bought was completely dried out. I tried contacting support but it took ages for them to respond.

Could be better

I usually love Michaels, but my recent order had a lot of missing items. I had to call them to fix it, which took ages.

Not impressed

I thought I'd find more unique items. Most of the things were pretty standard and I ended up returning some stuff. Not the best experience.

Not great, not terrible

Some things went well, like delivery was on time. But a few items were out of stock, which was disappointing. The website was a bit clunky to navigate, not sure if I’d recommend them.

Not worth the hassle

Repeat issues

Every time I've ordered, there's been at least one mistake or missing item. It's frustrating. I want to love Michaels, but this is getting old.

Disappointing Experience

I ordered some art supplies and it took forever to arrive. When it finally did, one of the items was damaged. Tried to contact customer service, but got a long wait and no real help. Not happy with the service at all.

Poor delivery experience

Delivery took forever, items arrived damaged.
