I can’t even begin to describe how bad my online experience was. Items took forever to arrive, and tracking was useless.

Terrible customer support
I had a really bad experience. My order got delayed without any notice. I reached out to support, and they were super unhelpful, just kept saying 'it'll be there soon' with no real info. Definitely won't shop here again.

Terrible service
Literally the worst. I spent over $100 and got wrong items. No way to get a refund easily, they just don’t care about customers.

Frustrated with my order
I was really disappointed. My last order came late, and some of the items were damaged. Tried to contact support but it was a hassle.
