I had mixed feelings about shopping at Menards. The selection was good, but I found a few items to be overpriced compared to other places. Customer service was okay, but I expected more help in finding what I needed.

Menards has a good variety, but the aisles were cluttered during my visit. I had a hard time moving around the store. Still, found what I needed at a decent price.

I had to return an item last week, and it was a breeze! The staff was friendly and processed my return quickly. However, the selection of power tools was a bit lacking, which was disappointing. I would still recommend Menards for their overall service, but I wish they had more options in that department.

Visited Menards last week and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The layout of the store was confusing, and I couldn't find where the plumbing supplies were. It took me forever to locate someone for help. And when I finally did, they seemed a bit overwhelmed. I ended up leaving without purchasing what I needed, which was frustrating. Hope they can sort out their organization.
