Could be better
I've had some good experiences, but my last visit was frustrating. The checkout lines were really long and it seemed like they were short-staffed. Hope this improves next time.

Visited Menards last week, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I had trouble finding staff to help me when I needed some advice on a project. The product range is good, but the customer service could really use some improvement. I left feeling kind of frustrated.

I had mixed feelings about shopping at Menards. The selection was good, but I found a few items to be overpriced compared to other places. Customer service was okay, but I expected more help in finding what I needed.

I had to return an item last week, and it was a breeze! The staff was friendly and processed my return quickly. However, the selection of power tools was a bit lacking, which was disappointing. I would still recommend Menards for their overall service, but I wish they had more options in that department.

I've shopped at Menards several times, but I feel like they could step up their game. Some items weren't in stock and it was frustrating. Good prices, but the stock issues were annoying.
