Good products, slow response
I bought a fridge and it’s great but had trouble reaching support when I had a question. They took forever to respond. Hopefully, they can fix that.

Disappointed with delivery
I ordered a TV that was supposed to arrive in 3 days. After waiting a week with no updates, I had to call customer service. They informed me it was back-ordered. Really frustrating experience!

Decent service overall
My experience was mostly positive. The product I purchased met my expectations. Just wish there were more detailed product descriptions on their site.

Best electronics store!

Okay but could be better
Bought a phone, delivery was on time but the packaging was damaged. Phone was fine luckily. Just wish they’d pay more attention to that.
