I bought a sound system that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days, but it took over a week. Customer service was not very helpful when I tried to ask about the delay. Disappointed with the service this time.

I ordered a TV that was supposed to arrive in 3 days. After waiting a week with no updates, I had to call customer service. They informed me it was back-ordered. Really frustrating experience!
