Mostly good but could improve
MediaMarkt has a great selection. I've found some awesome deals, but recent orders had issues with the website crashing at checkout. Like, come on, fix that!

Mixed feelings about my order
I ordered a smart TV and while the delivery was fast, the customer service was a bit lacking. When I called to ask about installation, they put me on hold for too long. Eventually, I got the info I needed, but the experience was kinda frustrating.

Very disappointed

Decent but room for improvement
Ordered a tablet for my daughter and it arrived quickly, but I found the packaging was damaged upon arrival. The tablet itself was fine, but I expected better from MediaMarkt. Their chat support was friendly but not super helpful in resolving my issues.

Good deals but few hiccups
Prices seem good, but my order took longer than expected to ship. I had to reach out to support to find out what was going on, and they told me about a delay in stock. Just felt a bit off, should’ve been clearer upfront.
