Not what I expected
I thought Lyft would be better than it was. Had a driver who seemed lost and didn’t really follow the GPS. I had to direct him, which was weird.

Good service overall
I usually have a good experience with Lyft. The drivers are friendly and my rides are usually on time. Just had one driver who took a longer route, so that's why I give it 4 stars.

Good but needs some tweaks
Lyft is decent, but I’ve faced some issues with cancellations happening too often. Drivers are great, though, so I’m giving you 4 stars this time.
