It’s Hit or Miss
I’ve had some amazing drivers and some not-so-great experiences. The last driver was nice, but their car was a bit dirty. Could use more quality checks.

Decent but Could Improve
Overall, my experience with Lyft has been okay. Some rides were excellent while others took way longer than expected. They need to work on driver consistency.

Mixed feelings
I had a decent experience with Lyft but I'm not thrilled. The app crashed on me a couple of times, and I had to wait longer than expected for my ride. The driver was great though.

Not what I expected
I thought Lyft would be better than it was. Had a driver who seemed lost and didn’t really follow the GPS. I had to direct him, which was weird.
