Mixed feelings
Honestly, I expected more from LoopNet. The listings are decent, but I’ve come across outdated properties that were marked as available. It’s hit or miss sometimes.

Too many hidden fees
I thought I found a decent place that was within my budget, but after fees and everything, it ended up being more than I could handle. It felt like being bait-and-switched. Very misleading.

Customer Service Lacking

Not worth it
LoopNet seemed promising at first glance, but the number of fake listings I encountered was infuriating. I reached out for help, but support took forever to respond. I won't be using them again.

Terrible experience overall
I tried using LoopNet to find commercial property, but it was a nightmare. The search results were always outdated, and I kept getting listings that had already been sold months ago. Customer service didn’t help much either.

Awful Customer Support
I tried to get in touch about a listing, but they took days to respond. By then, the property was off the market. Very frustrating dealing with such slow support.
