Useful but needs improvement
I've used LoopNet a few times to research commercial spaces. It has a decent amount of listings but sometimes the filters don't work as well as I'd hoped.

Solid platform but some glitches
LoopNet is usually great, but I had issues with the site crashing during my search. It was frustrating but overall still a solid platform.

Good platform but some flaws
LoopNet is a pretty solid site for real estate listings. I do wish the mobile app was more user-friendly, but overall I've had a good experience finding properties.

Good but could improve
I've been using LoopNet for a few months now. The search features are solid, but I sometimes find the user interface a bit clunky. Overall, it gets the job done for my commercial real estate needs.

Good, but a bit slow sometimes
Overall, LoopNet is really effective for browsing listings. Just wish the website loaded a bit faster at times. Still found a fantastic location for my new office.

Solid choice for investors
LoopNet has a lot to offer for commercial real estate investors. My only critique is that the interface can be a bit cluttered at times.

Pretty reliable
I appreciate the level of detail in listings on LoopNet. The search filters help narrow down options based on my criteria. Just wish the responsiveness of the site was better during peak hours.

Almost perfect!
I really enjoy using LoopNet for finding investment properties, but I had a few issues with some listings being outdated. Still, it's worth using!
