Very Disappointing Experience
Used lastminute.com to book a weekend trip and it was a mess. They messed up my hotel reservation and wouldn't help resolve it. Waste of time and money.

Not Reliable
I booked a flight and they changed it last minute without telling me. I had to scramble to find a new one. Very frustrating!

Very disappointing
I tried to book a trip and their payment system wouldn't work. I lost a great deal because of that. Customer service was not helpful either, felt ignored.
