Good overall experience

Very Disappointing Experience
Used lastminute.com to book a weekend trip and it was a mess. They messed up my hotel reservation and wouldn't help resolve it. Waste of time and money.

I was let down by lastminute.com. The hotel I got was not what was promised in the pictures. It was clean, but very outdated. Would think twice before using again.

Decent but has issues
I booked a last minute flight to LA through lastminute.com. The prices were reasonable, but the website kept crashing during payment. Overall, it worked out but I had to deal with a lot of stress.

Very disappointing
I tried to book a trip and their payment system wouldn't work. I lost a great deal because of that. Customer service was not helpful either, felt ignored.

Good but not perfect
Used lastminute.com to get a package deal for a short trip. The price was good and stuff was all booked nicely, but I had to reach out to customer service twice for issues. They were helpful, though.
