Helpful service, but could improve search function
I appreciate the information I got from Justia. It helps to know the legal landscape better. However, their search feature could be better. It didn’t always bring up what I was looking for.

Good resource for lawyers
I've been using Justia for a couple of months now. It's a solid platform for legal info and case law. A couple of features are a bit unintuitive, but I can find what I need most of the time. Would recommend it.

Very disappointed with my experience

Complete Waste of Time
I reached out to Justia for help with a landlord issue. The site promised free resources but it was just generic info that I could find anywhere online. Their chat support was a joke, only got cut-and-paste responses that didn't address my specific questions. I felt like they were just trying to get me to buy more services instead of actually helping. Pretty frustrated, I won’t be coming back.
