Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for Justia but was let down. The templates I downloaded were outdated and not very useful. I tried reaching out for help, but the support wasn't very responsive.

Avoid This Site
I tried using Justia for legal templates, and it was a disaster. The templates were outdated and not customized for my needs. I wasted hours getting things sorted, only to find out that the forms were not valid in my state. Tried contacting support multiple times and got ignored. I’m really angry about the money I spent here, it was a huge letdown.

Good for basic info
Justia is pretty handy for basic legal questions. I used it to understand contract law before signing a deal. The site is easy to navigate, but sometimes it's a bit too simplistic.

Mixed feelings about Justia

Decent service but some issues

Just so-so

Pretty good legal website
I've been using Justia for about six months now, and I’m mostly happy. Their articles and legal analysis are really useful, and the pricing isn’t bad for what you get. Just wish their customer support was a bit quicker.
